Building Leadership Resiliency: A high-impact, cohort style coaching program designed to increase the performance and resiliency of your high potential leaders.

 

Are your mid-level leaders ready to move up in the organization? Have they been able to transition from individual contributor to leader? This 6-month, high-impact program works with leaders in a small peer (virtual) group setting to help them lead self, lead others, lead change and lead the business. The program starts with an assessment and personalized review with each member of the cohort, along with creation of an individual development plan. The high potential leader will focus on learning the fundamentals of leadership while building strong peer relationships in the company.
