Board of Directors Coaching and Advisory

Does the Board really understand how value is created in the company?  Does it debate and refine strategy during its meetings?  Is the Board process dynamic and interactive?  The work we do with Boards, both for profit and not for profit, supports the Board’s efforts to fulfill their duty to oversee the company’s actions, while exercising their business judgment.  Our process is focused on how the Board can “team” effectively, how Board agenda design can promote optimal interaction and how the communication processes with the executive management continues in-between regular meetings.  We also survey Directors to get feedback and ensure there is alignment around the most important areas of focus.
