SUSAN M. DIEHL

Susan coaches and advises leaders and their teams in mid-market and large cap organizations, across multiple industries. She is a Professional Certified Coach, accredited through the International Coach Federation. Susan has real-world experience from her own work in large multi-national companies, professional services firms, and as an investor, in addition to her in-depth training as an advisor and coach. She dedicates at least 20% of her time working with social impact organizations to support economic growth at mission-based companies.

Susan works with leaders and their teams to enhance their leadership and team effectiveness skills as they seek to set their vision for the future and to execute it successfully. Susan guides clients as they take their vision and create actionable goals and strategic priorities that lead to achievement of their desired “future state.” She also supports her clients as they build the leadership skills and culture necessary for the organization to succeed. Susan advises Boards of Directors on how the Board can also support executive management on matters of strategy and execution.

Her 20+ years real-world experience complements her work as a professionally trained advisor and coach—having served as a C-Level executive in a number of corporate and operational roles at large multi-national companies such as LaFarge-Holcim, NSK Ltd and The Bartech Group. She has co-founded and grown multiple businesses and supports the early stage eco-system through mentoring and as an angel and venture fund investor.

Susan earned her JD at Wayne State University Law School, her MS in Negotiation at The Werner Institute at Creighton University and her Executive Education at the Kellogg Business School at Northwestern.
