Prior to coaching, Marie was President and CEO of Preferred Solutions Inc, a family owned Healthcare IT staffing and training company. Throughout her 22-year tenure, Marie developed a reputation with clients and employees alike for her strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Under her strategic leadership, Preferred Solutions grew from 5 million to 25 million in revenue in just 5 years.  

Her prior experience at Fortune 500 companies includes financial services, corporate administration, marketing, management and recruiting.
