The Leadership Team Tune-Up is the first session with the leadership team. Here, we bring the organization’s leadership team together for a day to begin to establish the conceptual foundation on which aligned leadership teams are built.
During the Tune-Up we identify the linkages between building aligned leadership teams, creating high performing organizations and achieving sustained success. We provide a comprehensive overview of our process-driven methodology which focuses on creating a one-page operating strategy, establishing functional teamwork, and developing the disciplines that drive successful strategy execution.
We also launch the process by establishing a set of vital quarterly priorities and an accountability process to drive actions that are critical to achieving these priorities through regular leadership team alignment meetings.
Following the Tune-Up we provide guidance to the leadership team on how to manage their initial set of priorities and successfully implement a rhythm of leadership team alignment meetings.
