BEN ANDERSON-RAY, PARTNER AND ADVISOR
Ben has enjoyed a diverse career in leading growth-oriented companies and managing turnarounds. He served as CEO at three manufacturing companies: Hubbardton Forge, LLC, Chromcraft Revington, Inc., and Gravograph New Hermes. Prior to that, Ben held various senior leadership roles at Sunrise Medical, including President of the Global Business Group, President of the Continuing Care Group and President of the Mobility Products Division. Earlier in his career, Ben held management and marketing roles at GE Lighting, Black & Decker Home Products, and Rubbermaid Home Products.
Today Ben helps other CEO's create high performing leadership teams as an advisor. He also co-chairs the Vistage peer advisory groups in Vermont and serves on several business and social sector boards, including the Addison County Economic Development board.
Ben has Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Horticulture from Michigan State University, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and is a Certified Advisor with The CEO Advantage.

CHRIS EDWARDS, PARTNER AND ADVISOR
Chris has an extensive background that includes advising business owners and leaders, developing tools and disciplines for leadership team alignment, and driect leadership experience. Before his involvement with Trinitas Advisors, Chris was a co-founder and managing director at CEO Advisors and co-led the development of The CEO Advantage Strategic Execution process. He also was the owner of Renaissance Executive Forums in Michigan, a company that operates peer-to-peer advisory groups for top executives.
Prior to becoming a business advisor, Chris was a senior level executive with IBM and Kelly Services. At IBM, he served as the U.S. Area Sales Manager for Pennant Systems, General Manager for the Lakes Region, Director of Marketing for the Great Lakes Area, Organizational Consultant for IBM U.S., Branch Manager for Chicago Northwest, and Program Administrator of Marketing Compensation for the Office Products Division. At Kelly, he was an Officer and Vice President of Managed Services.
Chris served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and earned a BA in Business Administration from the United States International University (now Alliant University) in San Diego, California and is a Certified Advisor with The CEO Advantage.
