Peter Drucker, the father of modern management, said it succinctly: “The task of leadership is to create an alignment of strengths in ways that make weaknesses irrelevant.” His point is, that organizations overcome their weakness and succeed in the long run when they work together in an aligned fashion to leverage their unique strengths in the marketplace.

At underperforming companies, you find leaders who work in silos, send conflicting messages and create their own paths.

The alignment process needs to bring the top leaders together on a regular basis to improve how they work together, clarify their strategy and drive the organizational alignment they need to achieve their goals and objectives faster and with less friction.
